About us
A little vacation every day in France
Looking for space, peace and adventure we, Marleen and Mark ended up in the small village of Saint Privé in Burgundy. Since August 2021 we own a 200 year old farmhouse with a large piece of pasture. Where Marleen was a nurse in the Netherlands and wanted to take care of people in a different way, Mark saw himself after 16 years of being a civil servant in the office working more in the outdoors.
Within our company the roles are therefore logically divided. Marleen you get on the phone when you call and is here at Festilux the first point of contact for all questions. Mark ensures that everything is tiptop in order and arranged. Together we ensure that you will have a great vacation at Festilux.
Vision
Our take on a worry-free vacation for parents and children
As parents with small children, we know better than anyone what a great vacation can be for children and for parents. With Festilux we give shape to this in our own way. Of course you have a great vacation as a parent if your children have a good time. But as a parent it is also nice to be able to relax and unwind. We do this in different ways. That may be by small trips with the children on the site of Festilux so you can turn around one more time in the morning or
in the afternoon, for example, enjoy a local wine with a good book without having to be "on".

Luxury camping in a festival atmosphere
Festi what? Festilux! Add Festival and luxury together and you get Festilux. Conceived once after a nice bottle of wine, the name of our little vacation park says exactly what we stand for. As lovers of music festivals, we wanted to reflect this theme in our vacation park. Our tents do not lack in luxury and comfort. Add good food and drink and the picture is complete.
